Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This man starts businesses, particularly associated with newspapers, and does not pay his employees...or he pays very erratically and owes thousands of dollars of unpaid wages to former employees.  Between my husband and I, he owes over $10,000.  After we quit, his employee and wage information mysteriously disappeared.  While I worked there, his copies of wage information disappeared as well.

I wish I could agree with the rebuttal that his employees are "all being paid accordingly."  According to the Department of L&I lawyer, he was ordered to pay the employees, but as of 8/2/2012, no monies were ever received.  Also, in an online search for Global Inserting Systems performed today, according to his ad on "LinkedIn," he's still claiming to be the President/CEO from 2005 to present and in parenthesis behind the word "present," it claims is 7 years when, in fact, GIS's doors in Allentown closed, and the facility at 795D Roble Road, Allentown (where you can find the facility listed online to this day), was closed August 2010 - 2 years ago.  Indeed, Mr. Seidel has wonderfully uplifting ideas about business, and it was a great pleasure to work for someone of his caliber.  It would be nice to have the salary owed in order to pay long overdue bills.

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, July 11, 2012

This guy has grown companies to hundreds of millions of dollars and had close to a thousand employees. He has experienced a change in the united states post office guidelines which caused the product being produced to be discontinued. All of the employees are being paid accordingly.
