On Monday morning, June 30th my cable 'went out out'. The picture went to gray static. I called Rapid Cable that afternoon and went through the process of punching buttons for 6 minutes and 45 minutes. I finally just pushed 0 and left a message with Christy. Through the next week I called a couple of times a day. Christy finally answered and had no comment when I told her that I had left a message. When I called the management group for my condo I was told they had had several complaints and I should just keep calling Rapid Cable. Messages were left all week until I went out of town. When I came back the situation was still the same. I called again. We were going out of town for the night on Wed. July 9th and we saw two trucks on the road at the 'dishes'. We got back late last night and there was still no reception. I called this morning and got the answering machine again. So, for 11 days out of this month we have had no reception and...no explanation.
