RAPID OIL CHANGE TOP SHELF RAPID OIL CHANGE THE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BY OVERING CHARGING ME FOR MECHANICAL WORK AND PARTS ATLANTA Georgia
I took my car to them to get regular maintenace work done on a 1990 Toyota Camry .i ask them to give me a regular oil change, tune-up,and A regular Brake job. They did an assessment on my car and said it needed a major tune-up. When i went to pick up my car they charged me 471.09 They said my arm that holds my brakes together was about to break and needed fixing fast for me to ride safe. They said i had 2 wheel lugs missing and they needed replacing.Only one arm was suppose to be broken. THEY said they had to order the part from Toyota and it cost 199.00. That it wood cost me around 600.00 total to fix . Sounded good to me so i said ok fixed it. They said it wood take around 3 days to get the parts . I took my car to them on SAt.8-02-08, they call me on Thurs.8-07-08 and said my car was ready.I ask how much it was going to cost me to get my car and they said 1,665.84 to get my car .I was in a state of shock. They tore my car a part new rotors,pads,shoes ,studs all around,lugs nuts all around ,front hardware,r/r lwr ctrl arm assembly, R and R Idle valve assy. And to top it off my car no longer runs it will not stay running and the transmission will not shift gears.I ask them to send a wrecker to get my car so they can re- fix it and they told me they was not going to send no wrecker to get my car that i can get a wrecker to pull it in and they will see if they can fix-it. My car is not in working condition. When i took it to them it was working.
