Rapid Technicians Eric Taylor MS#3910226 banner on my computer said to call them to fix my conputer said they were authorized by Micro Soft as authorized repair. North Carolina
Banner on my computer stated I needed to call 855-979-6480 to clear a permenent lock out. It also said that I downloaded something from a Porn site, (Not), I called and a man by the name of Ericn Taylor MS # 3910226 said he was going to clear the problem, I asked If he was a authorized theck from Microsoft in which he replied Yes we ae authorized by them to fix problems. I have found out later that they are not. He said that there were 15 devices using my computer, and my passwords and accounts were being hacked. Also I had 4 antivirus programs that I didnt need . and my computer was not enchripted.that there were 5121 files infected. He told me that for a mear price of 499.00 my computer would be clean, but the special for the day just to me would be 199.00 when I told him this was not a option he became very rude said that my computer need this or I will have all kinds of trouble.
All lies there are 4 devices regeistered with IP addresses not 15
my computer is encrepted
and I have 0 infected files.
Needs to say I did not get the program that was recomended my MS
