Wasted about 2 hours of our time looking at rv's with an "Internet salesman" after their 96 year old salesman who knew absolutely nothing about any of the units wasted half hour of our time. Then, we met with a finance guy who was supposed to give us a price, but 20 minutes of a lecture later, we got up and left.

Go here if you want to have your time wasted and to be jerked around. I would have hated to be a purchasing customer with a problem knowing how they treat perspective customers.

I am not sure what happened here!  The sales representative was more than polite, he showed the customers all desired RVs, answered questions and addressed concerns the customer had.  The customer even complemented him on the service they had received.  The 2 hours that was mentioned by the customer was not from the salesperson or the dealership wasting their time but;was the time needed to answer the questions the customer had and review options and find the right floor plan that would fit their needs.  We feel bad that they felt the first sales person was not well prepared.  He is 92 years old and has been with Ray Citte over 45 years helping families for generations purchase and enjoy new and used RVs; in addition he holds the oldest sales license in Utah.

These folks have written about their experience at our dealership, we in no way feel that time was wasted, to the contrary we feel that when making a large purchase that 2 hours is a short amount of time.  At Ray Citte we pride ourselves on the fact that, whether you are looking to purchase an inexpensive folding trailer or a $100,000 plus motor home, we put price as a secondary factor in the RV purchase.  We feel that finding the perfect RV for our customers is most important and in the long run saves them money.   We are sorry that they found the experience here unsatisfactory but; we wish them many happy years of ownership and hope that they find the perfect RV.
