Dana Ray Reynolds was sentenced 10/10/2010 in Los Angeles Federal Court to 18 months in federal prison. He plead guilty in May 2010 to 2 counts of filing fraudulent tax returns in 2002 & 2003. He was ordered to pay $193,812.00 in restitution to the I.R.S. He was charged with paying personal expenses through his corporation, including luxury cars, a recreational vehicle, a vacation home and an $80,000.00 bathroom remodeling expense. Anyone who has taken his seminars should pay attention to this as he promotes the setting up of corporations and placing personal assets in the corporate name.
Hopefully, this is not an end to his problems. Anyone who has been ripped off by this unscrupulous excuse for a businessman can attest to the fact that he deserves far more time.
A brief perusal through the California and Nevada Secretary of State websites will reveal multiple corporations set up by him to have been forfeited and corporate charters revoked.
