Ray Walter This man is a hundred percent scam, build trust to me and took me $1,000 just few minutes Nationwide
There is no one believe that how stupid i am to trust such kind of this phone called, as mentioned the phone number 559-328-2396 called to me on Jan 17, 2014 at morning after talked a lot of things related my IRS issue, i don't know why he got my information their and he told he from IRS office, after talk so much something match with what i still pending in IRS, and he asked me to pay $1,000 first by Moneypak (greendot) card, he push me to come Walmart store near my home and after i bought that card he pushed me to give the PIN number on the card on the way i went home from Walmart, just a minute after that i got home and his phone no way to connect, and i search thru the internet that was told his phone is unwanted call and alert..
I called Moneypak but no way they can do any more in such case, then i came to their website (https://www.moneypak.com) to report fraud, and after few days i gave all information the fraud dept ([email protected]) reply me they re not responsibility to get the money back for me since i gave someone the PIN number, and they also final the case as claim and today again they told "MoneyPak was willingly provided and Recipient is known to be involved in business scams. Green Dot is not responsible for a full refund for this dispute. No recovery available in recipient account. P9 and neg match placed on recipient account . Recipient's account will remain blocked from reloads and GD will no longer do business with the customer". Ticket has been closed. For more information, please contact our customer support line. "
so there is no hope from them, and the money easy gone. But i think such kind of this card information they issue and of course they know how to stop the person use it illegal, or scam, but they always code "not responsible". I don't know what to do since this report is my last hope, i believe you guy work professional and experience about this, then can give me advise, Thank a lot in advance.
