Complaint Review: Raymond Freitas - Stow Ohio

Raymond Freitas may be posing as Ray the Painter/paintingonabudget. Stow, Ohio and the rest of North East Ohio. This is the name of a reputable company in another state. However, this may be nothing more than a website; it even claims he's been in business since 1988. For example, Raymond Freitas claims he never worked with a man named Paul in 2008, not that he NEVER worked with a man named Paul. Raymond Freitas manipulates facts, to avoid the truth. Whether he did or didn't work with the man isn't as relevant as the simple observation. Most importantly, Raymond Freitas has no relation to Ray the Painter in Oklahoma City,OK., which is a reputable company, with many good employees. There are no franchises in Ohio. Please do not associate Raymond Freitas (aka. Ray) of Ohio with Ray the painter from OK. There's NO association, none whatsoever. Thank you.

As stated, Mr. Freitas claimed someone he and his wife brought "stalking" charges against was watching Fox News.  He thought, in fact he knew, this person saw a report that never aired.  Fact is, Freitas was never a stalking victim, yes he and his wife TRIED to bring charges against someone who had called child protective services on them.  What they didn't know is that others had called also, they had been harassing the person, non-stop for months before the person called the police on them, for harassment.  This was very immature conduct by the Freitas', the police called, left a message, the Freitas' called back and of course denied sending spam, junk mail, pornography (including junk mail to the persons dead father at an address he never lived at), was suspected in numerous cases of vandalism and also involved many other family members and friends in this attempt at revenge against the guy.  It failed because they had no evidence, they made statements for OTHER PEOPLE. That is, they said the person did something to the person, but this information was never corroborated, nor did the police ever speak to these people.  They also live in a town, Stow, Ohio, county of Summit, in which there's a very low threshold to charge someone, (ex. case State of Ohio vs. Gary Maxwell).  As the city doesn't want to chance any litigation if the allegations do turn out to be true and someone is hurt.  Mr. Freitas has been injecting himself into any circumstance he can into the persons life.  Mr. Freitas and his wife were also tracked by MSN to be the ones signing the guy up for spam, magazines etc.  Therefore, no evidence of stalking at all, none.  Because what Mr. Freitas and his family were doing was a Federal offense, instead of dragging it out and making more court cases, it was decided to make a plea of disorderly conduct,  just to make the Freitas' stop their constant complaining as they had no idea that many had called child protective services against them.  Disorderly conduct is conduct that occurs OUTSIDE, this was for a snarky e-mail that was sent in desperation to get the Freitas' to stop their immature behavior.  As with the "beer summit" at the White House, the guy claimed the police drew him "outside" so they could charge him, snarky e-mails don't come outside.  It was all in the discovery, which as you know, the defense gets to look at.  The person reported them once, then called to see if there would be enhancement of penalties for harassment against someone for calling child protective services; no one should be in fear for making a valid report.  Filing a bogus report is illegal; Child protective services would prosecute the person, not the people.  The person involved called child protective services and the person in charge made sure to put down that the involved person did nothing wrong, you can't make a complaint against someone you haven't seen in over a year and a half!  She decided to check them out again.  Mr. Freitas stole a TV and VCR back in 1993.  A Magnovox  Model RK5700 CH02 Serial No. 71325894  Date pack code Oct. 1989  3419R271A  Chassis 31R1-02.  He was seen by a neighbor, he was the only suspect, the case is out of the statute of limitations, but just like people are suspects, yet never get questioned due to lack of evidence, this case is now in the solved file.  Many people are suspects in crimes and never know; they get cleared, lack of evidence, and never find out, but it's kept in a file, that's not public.  Mr. Frietas has many judgments and liens if you do a county search.  All stem from before 2007, (some are renewals to keep the judgments current)  so there's no blaming the bad economy; he just ran up credit and didn't pay.  That could be considered stealing.  He has liens on his house.  So the real problem with dealing with Mr. Freitas isn't that he's been known to take a look around, its that if something happens, like a bad job or overrun, you have no recourse but to take him to court, which will get you a judgment. Then you have to spend more money in county court to get a lien, which he has no intention of paying.  So basically you're dealing with someone with no fear of litigation.  You can see that he lies; (saw "the Bill O'reilly show" knowing the other guy saw it too?  The false stalking charges for revenge?)  Also, Freitas has been trying to use the SEO's, as stated here on the site, to hide this after he was caught in the lie.  So why take the chance?  Find someone else.

I have done an archive search of the "O'reilly Factor" archives.  No stories about rip off reports at all; none in 14 years.  1 lie.  Second, people often criticize Bill O'reilly; one of the first clues that this person has never watched the show is that they don't even know the name of the show.  They hear about something; (rumor, etc.) and pass it on, and since it's never been called, "The Bill O'reilly Show" I doubt you ever saw anything, in fact, I know you never saw anything!  Also, would there be a police report if you never got caught?  Blaming Bill O'reilly?  Leave Fox News out of your delusions, you're probably a thief, you can't even spell.

First of all I would like this person to provide a Police report number so we can verify that this happen. However I know they can't because this accusation is completely false. I'm sure they used a fake name for there report. A couple of reasons why this could not have happened. First I am not a thief. I didn't work for or with a man named Paul in 2008. I would not risk my family or reputation stealing from someone. I've earned everything that I have. I also think I know who did this to me, It's a former friend, who my wife and I had to bring stalking charges against in the fall of 2007. Sometime after this he saw a report on Fox news about the Ripoff Report, I think it was on the Bill O'Reilly show, I know this because he is a fanatic about this show, and I saw the show as well, only now have I put 2 and 2 together. I have a long list of references that I will gladly provide to any new potential customers. However If I know this person as well as I think I do he will not stop harassing me.
