File with Lisa Madigan, the Attorney General for Illinois http://www.ag.state.il.us/ Next file the Federal Trade Commission at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/bcp.htm and lastly please file with the Better Business Bureau in addition to the Bad Business Bureau.
