-He will send you a pay scale that he will not follow and will find ways to cheat you.
-He is rude and talks to you like you are stupid, all while being stupid himself
-He will send you fake company stock reports for his company bragging about how much it is worth. He has no clients.
-If you work for him you will regret it.
