I was charge 16.02 for service that I did not know about. Talked to the company representative and he told me that my Internet provider (Comcast) signed me up for this service without my knowledge. They somehow have my credit card information and charged me for the service I did not aware of. No billing statement is sent to customer's email address so customers will not aware of this. The company continues to do this until the customers notify the questionable amount or cancel their subscription.

At the moment, the company offers to refund me for 6 months of service but I will continue to pursue this until this company can't continue ripping off other innocent people. People need to act on the interest of themselves and others. We need to stop this company from stealing our money.
