Should you be one of the lucky people to be approached for solicitations for his web site be very careful! He opened up a home office at 209 Jetway Dr. Suite J/K, Belgrade, MT 59714 and two satalite offices. One at 235 Lincoln Rd., Suite 200, Miami Beach, FL 33139 and the other at 5750 W. 95th St., Suite 220, Overland Park, KS 66207. He proceeded to hire employees, data entry employees, sales executives, all at wages that are believed to be great! Then after three months' he begins laying off or firing employees. Within six months you see him purchase computers for all three locations, extra monitors, ipads, scanners, printers, business cards, phones, majic jacks, etc. Lot's of money going out and very little coming in through the sales. Many business trips to Sun Dance Film Festival, KS, FL, MO and any other location. Also what a beautiful $10 - $15k diamond ring he purchased his wife who sign's the payroll while in Utah. His family is highly involved in the practices of his business from his wife, children and x in-laws. You should read more about him on his other business and what he did there. Soon someone will see his puzzle pieces and begin putting them together for a big picture! To the investors and him and his family closing your doors and not paying the final payroll, bouncing payroll checks, and not sending w2's or 1099's out or giving a false EIN number, will eventually be seen in all your business too! Do the right thing and pay everyone you owe! Send out our information correctly and instantaneously! Rick is now a wanted man. His wife is being looked at but, is not yet wanted. Below you will see the site to review the court documents and the news story. I would definately check them out if you are interested in where your money may have went. Also, a picture will be attached.
