I have attempted to log into this site to download my music and each time it would tell me i'm not a paying member i'm on one of their free accounts.  so my response to this is if I am on a free account why are you debbitting my bank account 12.99 cents every month. 

The response I get back from them was i'm sorry you are having problems logging in and we have reset your pass word and credit your accout 12.99 cents.

No that is not good enough I want my 105.00 dollars back for no service.

I don't know whatelse i'm suppose to do with this please help me

I also had an experience when Napster merged with Rhapsody.
Even though I had 36.00 credit Rhapsody charged me anothe 4.99 to be a member.
When i downloaded music and attempted to transfer it to my ipod it wouldn't let me it said I had to pay additional fee for the download even though I had the 36.00 credit. To make long story short I spent over a month trying to cancel and have money credited back to my bank account. They kept telling me money would be back in account in 2 to 3 day.
It never happened. I finally sent an email to the customer service and told them if my money wasn't in my account  within 3 days I was filing a complaint against the. And It was credited the next day to the bank.
I will never use Rhapsody again and advise others against it.
