On site staff at Bristol Court Towers at 6550 Glen Erin Drive are not only rude, unprofessional, unethical and shady. Shanti and her partner, who are the live in on site managers, engage in underhanded and sneaky practices that are beyond comprehension. They "rule" the building like dictators and have no qualms about yelling or screaming at residents. Shanti has no integrity and i caught her red handed telling an out and outright lie to cover her scheme to rip us off our LMR. She is fake and phony and will dupe u into renting an apartment here, after putting u thru the 3rd degree and then turn around and act as if she has done u a favor to let u reside here!!! All complaints to her district manager are met with no care or concern. I have seen 4 different assistants supers come and go since moving in here and all have left due to the treatment received at the hands of the Shanti & Fasil. They offer rental incentives during your 1st year least however in order to keep a partial amount of the discount when your 1st year tenancy is up, she demands u signf a new lease. This is not standard practice according to a multitude of rental agencies and organzations...it is just downright shady. The district manager is indifferent to the tenants complaints and chalks it up to 1 or 2 individuals having problems with staff. NOT the case. Shanti has solicited compliments thru Realstar's website and even gone as far as to submit anon compliments about her ownself. The company has an independent survey each Fall and Shanti gets the elderly tenants to come down to the office and she fills it out on their behalf.......not very unbiased??? Can you imagine living in a building where u pay rent on time, are a good tenant and the on site staff glare at you every time they see u!!! Not sure who these 2 think they are but what goes around, comes back around. Poor customer service plus an uncaring head office makes living in Realstar a very very poor experience. We are moving out mid summer and it will be interesting to see what shanti thinks she can get away with in regards to charges. Oh almost forgot to mention, head office refused to watch and/or listen to the cell phone recording of shanti screaming at tenant and another time when she was yelling at the assistant super. Just incredible. I reviewed the other post about Realstar from a previous tenant and looks like this the usual biz ways for Realstar. Careful what you sign up for.

 I again stand behind my original report. Realstar owned and operated Bristol Court Towers at 6550 Glen Erin Dr Mississuaga is managed by Shanti and Fazil Shah. These 2 characters are inept, practise illegal activity concerning laws governing landlords and tenants and have no integrity about lying to anyone; about anything. BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!! Head office DM Lisa Jean couldnt give a d**n and in her own words "Shanti & Fazil make us lots of money, so they are free to do what they want"!!! And that is exactly what happens; complaints to are met with indifference and Shanti & Fazil continue managing the building like dictators by bullying and being just plain rude. DONT RENT FROM THIS BUILDING, we did and regretted it move in day!!! Moving out is a nightmare, howeveer, i find solace that you reap what u sow and Shanti Shah has sowed some awful seeds.

 Someone from Realstar Head Office filed a rebuttal to my orginal report. I stand behind my report of Mar 21  to be truthful and accurate. The writer of the rebuttal addresses none of the issues mentioned in my first report.

Bristol Court Tower's on site staff are inept and unqualified for their position. They are bullies, arrogant and fail to follow Ontario RTA laws. I am not sure what parties, bbq's etc have to do with the lack of quality customer service provided by management. I attended a party and staff was unfriendly and spoke only to a few selected residents. I have heard she has a lists of bad tenants and has no qualms about gossiping to the "good tenants" about other tenants. This is not a certified rental building and the only award this building holds is "Boma Best" which deals with promoting energy savings and as confirmed by Boma themselves; no standard of customer service is needed to qualify. I have spoke with the Director of the "Certified Rental Building Program" and it is a very thorough, strict and ardent process to achieve certification. Please google the program at I would highly recommend renting from those buildings holding a certification. I have and it makes a world of difference.

 I can only attest to my experience here at Bristol Court Towers and it has been a nightmare. Staff take things a tad too personal and  again are ill qualified to be on the frontline for any company. I have more to add to my report however due to legalities at this time, will update in the near future. Again, I caution anyone who is thinking of renting from Bristol Court Towers to think twice. Please reflect back to your showing and recall how the manager did not interact well with other tenants and more than likely never even smiled. Imagine dealing with her attitude in the future when you are a resident. The rent is far too high, rude staff and an indifferent district manager, whom only seems to care ab out profit; no matter whether it is obtained legally or illegally; according to the RTA mandate. AGAIN PROCEED WITH CAUTION....I highly recommend Minto, Park Properties or Morguard just ensure it is a "Certified Building".

 Thank you for your feedback on our property, Bristol Court Tower.  At Realstar, we appreciate all comments as we look to engage with our existing and potential residents  to ensure that we exceed their expectations on a daily basis.

 We open our doors annually to the world renowned, independent and impartial surveyor, J.D. Power, to review every facet of the day-to-day workings of large numbers of Realstar properties including Bristol Court Tower.  In 2012, as a company, we were awarded with extraordinary scores in customer satisfaction, which resulted in ratings well above the industry average.  This included measurement of building quality, including amenities and suites and quality of management staff living on-site and available 7 days a week. 

 Another area to note from this survey that pleased us, was the ease of completion of maintenance requests that our residents reported and the follow-up from our team to ensure the work was satisfactorily concluded, again far exceeding the industry average.  We realize that it is important for our residents and potential residents to know that they can trust that work will be completed in a professional, timely fashion and that we consider this to be one of our top priorities.

 Our residents reported in 2012 that they felt Bristol Court Tower provided them with a safe place to live that engendered a strong sense of community.  This is developed in part through our on-site management team who interact with our residents on a daily basis.  At Bristol Court we hold residents events on a regular basis including such activities as our St. Patrick’s Day Celebration, the Annual BBQ and Pool Party and the arrival of Santa during the holiday season.  We also embrace our social responsibility as we are involved in the Spring Hope Food Drive and the Angel program through Salvation Army that supports the local residents of Mississauga.

 Realstar has been voted #1 by the industry in customer service and received the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Award numerous times.  Bristol Court and Realstar strongly believe in excellent customer service and we encourage anyone who is interested to visit Bristol Court Tower or any other Realstar property to experience it first hand.
