This property management were fully aware of elevator problems in this building over 5-10 years ago yet did nothing because they were sulking when they did not get their rent increase over the guideline.
The tenants who reside here are now stuck in a horrible situation of only two elevators of four working that are constantly dirty, overcrowded and quite scary to have to ride in.
Elderly tenants have to fight to get on from people pushing forward whenever one working one shows up in the lobby. For people like us on the top two floors is has become a nightmare.
The rude people in Realstar Management leave it up to the front line staff to deal with unhappy tenants constantly trying to find information as to why these are not being fixed as they will not communicate to tenants what is going on. It is Realstar's intention to try make long term tenants lives as miserable as possible so they will move and then they can jack the rents up.
Disgusting building, disgusting management and even Selco their elevator service company is probably tired of dealing with this low rent property management company who keeps buying their little star rating and patting themselves on the back.
Unless you are unemployed do not move into this horribly run building as you will be late for work every day and after a hard day at work will not be able to reach your apt. without a daily hassle.
