Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am writing this letter to get my refund back of $1395.00 because we have never received a verbal offer or an email offer as David Stamper said we would.  I did receive 2 emails with no response.  I called customer service and they just said to wait but nothing  ever happened.  Seems funny someone is interested to buy but they will not get in touch with the seller.????

David Stamper who is a con artist called me and talked about how great they could sell timeshares better then other guys giving me the big story that I would be talking with him any time I needed to get in touch with him.  Well I needed to ask him a question tried to call the numbers for his phone and ext# and guess what it wasn't his number any longer.  I knew I had been had.  What liars.  The customer service was some what answering my phone calls for a while but I have been trying to call them since 3-17-10 and they will not answer my calls or return my calls.  Think they have caller ID?????

The emails they sent us are also phony and fictitious, there is not a real person or persons interested at all or they wouold at least respond with some kind of response.

All marketing companies are ripoff people.  We didn't get an offer of any kind and I want my money back of $1395.00.

I got my money back also but this was after posting on this site, contacting the Florida AG, and arguing with my credit card issuer for 3 months.  Anyone sending a refund request letter please do so using UPS or FedEx.  They keep a record of the address which the USPS does not.

All we want is our money back. We did not get any kind of offer from an email or a verbal offer that David Stamper said we would get.  This Realty Trade group is taking everyones money and not doing any kind of selling of timeshare properties.  We want our $1395.00 back now.  David Stamper tells you that if you do not receive an offer you will get your money back, but he does not tell you that they send you an email and that is all they do on their part and you may or may not get an offer.  AND YOU WILL NOT----NOT--- GET AN OFFER  because the email is phony.  So they took us for our money and everyone else.  So anyone stay clear of Realty Trade.

I think that all toll free numbers have caller ID that can't be turned off even with *67.  That's probably why Realty Trade doesn't have a local local number.  Call from a payphone or call using Skype.  But they won't refund your money voluntarily anyway.

File a complaint with the Florida AG and contact your credit card issuer and dispute the charge.
