Beware parents of Rebounderz Planet Fitness, Inc. located in Longwood, FL! I am a team mom on a little league team, I have been planning the end of season party for the boys and their siblings. I have been in contact with Rebounderz for the past two months getting the names of employees I have spoken with, as well as dates.
When it came time for me to book my party the owner of Rebounderz got on the phone admitted that one of his employees that gave me the pricing and information has been fired due to giving the wrong information to his customers. He was completely unwilling take any responsibility for his employees and going a step further said "why should I take your word over my employees" (even though he was provided with the names and dates that I spoke to them).
After he accused me of lying, I told him that him and his staff have put me in a crunch by waiting til the last minute to change the times, and pricing of my party so I will go ahead and book it at the increased price and different time but would never do business with Rebounderz again. He REFUSED service to these kids who are already expecting their party at Rebounderz and hung up on me.
This company does not have their act together, I waited weeks before they would return their calls, they increased their prices at the last minute with me after confirming 3 times over several weeks with three of their employees, he takes the word of an employee that he had to fire over his customers (even though he admits he has had 3 or 4 others call with the same information), he became very hostile because I told him I did not agree with his business practice, that is when he refused service to these children, called me a liar, and hung up the phone on me.

The stereotype of the screaming Little League parent has yet again reared its ugly head. Little League is a worthwhile organization that provides a wonderful time for its participants and families. So do we at Rebounderz Planet Jump, Inc. As a matter of fact, part of our business philosophy is to provide something at our facility for every member of the family so the entire family may have fun together. This is one of the reasons Rebounderz is proud to be a League Sponsor of Longwood Babe Ruth Baseball. Recently, a woman named Tiffany called Rebounderz requesting that we honor a very low price quote that was given to her over the phone by a former employee. The employee who answered Tiffany's call, John, explained that there was no reservation or deposit made for her group of 22 people. All of our events and parties are booked online either by the customer through our website, or in person at Rebounderz. She insisted on speaking to a manager and John took her name and number. Five minutes later the owner of the company called her. When he explained to Tiffany that the price quote was incorrect and that there was no record of her reserving a party room or placing a deposit to hold a party room, she became irate and began screaming, "You will honor this rate" to which he replied, "If you will stop yelling, I will explain what I can do for you to remedy the situation." Tiffany continued to yell, adding profanity to her tirade, and would not let any remedy to be explained. Then she hung up. We at Rebounderz are very happy to serve the community in which we reside. We do whatever we can to please; this includes changing our price schedule as needed. Just as any business does. We do not make deals to bait people in. We don't have to. Since our Grand Opening on July 2, 2008, Rebounderz has had the pleasure of entertaining 17,000 people. And it has been an absolute pleasure! Unfortunately, there are people like Tiffany out there who we cannot please no matter what we offer. We are very happy to have the 17,000 happy people and just one Tiffany.
