Me and a lady friend of mine rented this apartment here in Rockdale. Never in our lives that troubles would arrise. From attempted sexual assault to a female to ordering a tenant around like a slave. I and my gf were afraid to call police on the manager.

He would threatened to kick me and her out because we was 4 days late on rent. He also made the statement that rent was going to be raised. The rent was paid on time for almost 2 years. There had been nothing but hades living in the apartments. From loud music to rough parties.

The manager was very unreasonable in the management of the units. He would help himself in with a towel wrapped around his waste while my gf was in the bedroom. I have wondered why she would call my name to make sure its me coming in. He is very strange towards tenants, He would look at pornography in his work station. We are talking nude teen porn on the computer. The business is located at 307 W Highway, Rockdale, TX. Nobody had checked out his computer. There are tons of questionable material on the computer.

When you rent from the manager, be sure to read the contract carefully. he loves to threaten men, and hit up on women. You got to keep a close eye on this guy.

I know that these posts were written in here by me as the author. I want to let all ladies know that if you were to rent from the apartment complex next to Carquest Auto Parts, be ware, there is a man in apartment number 1 who rents out room 1. He works down at the tire station. You must beware of this gentleman. He has harrassed two women and one child in Apartment number 3. One woman I know really well, she is very nice and outgoing. The apartment manager went in unwelcomed and on his own without anyone backing him up. Then later on, I noticed two of the tenants packed up and moved out without saying a word. It has came in my attention he harrassed other tenants especially by bodily forcing tenants to move out without a paper of eviction notice with notary public being stamped on it. Texas has Laws on LandLord and Tenant agreements. He has violated the agreement numerous times. Here is a set of legal way to eviction: FILING AN EVICTION IN TEXAS Evictions in Texas MUST be filed in the county and precinct where the property is located. Complete the Eviction form for Texas and have it notarized or sign it in front of one of the Court Clerks. Bring a copy of your Notice to Vacate along with the eviction form and any copies that you would like to have for your own records. You'll be given a court date when you file your eviction with the Texas Court. Find a Lawyer in Texas There are basically four steps in the Texas Eviction process: 1. The notice to vacate 2. Filing the Suit 3. Going to Court 4. Writ of Possession 1. The notice to vacate If a landlord alleges a tenant is not paying rent, the Landlord is required by law to give the tenant written notice to vacate the premises. This notice can be delivered to the tenant personally with a witness, by certified mail (return receipt requested) or by any other method allowed by law. Unless your lease specifically states otherwise, the law requires you to deliver the written notice, and then wait three days before filing your suit in Justice Court. This is a legal requirement which must be met and cannot be overlooked. None was filed... He was going to increase rent without any reason. Rent was paid up and on time. He has mold, and electricity wire showing, Breakers tripping, Bathtub would leak along with fauty hot water heater almost causing fires and shocks, oh yea 595 a month for the lease, then he wanted to go to 795 a month. This place has mold on the wall, plus cracks in the door where air would go out and cause utility bills to skyrocketed. I have relocated where I am now in a safe place. I will never recommend this to anyone. It has taken about 5 to 10 phone calls to get this place to be liveable. Other tenants has called the police on the manager due to harrassment. This guy is not funny at all. He is not familiar with the laws of the state.

I am not making any of this up. I have moved to Rockdale due to some family problems. I would not even speak to any of the family members for almost 3 months. Then later on I decided to move on. Anyways, The complex or apartment manager had an opening available. My gf is disabled and is on ssi, but anyways, that is not the case. This Indian creep that is the manager is one sick human being. He even tried to get my gf drunk so he can make his ways with her. He has a wife who lives in Austin Texas. He has a business where he fixes Tires and do oil changes. Plus, He has a vietnam vet running like a chicken with his head cut off. Then, He buys land along with vehicles to use for this and that. Then he would say he has no money and has to cut back. Then he would call me to fix his computer machine, I have done normal scans on his computer. I found numerous trojan horses and numerous pics with teens having c*m in their mouths to name a few. He would ask a question to me, How to cover your tracks while doing porn searching? I was startled. He is one sick man at his age of 60's years of age. Yes the rent was being paid on time and never late. Sometimes, rent is paid 3 to 4 days in advance. He received the money order on time. I have receipts proving the point. But I would go to work, do my 8 hours, then come on in, My gf would ask if its me. I did not think nothing of it, this continued for about 2 years, which was 06 to 08. He is sick and loves to wake a person up early in the morning. I would be on my day off, He would call and leave messages on the answering machine. He is not only pathetic, but hard to get along with.

I could be totally wrong but.... Leases are generally not 2 years. Most lease renewals include a raise in the rent. if you signed a new lease having the issues you described there is something wrong with you. He threatended to kick you out because you did not pay your rent? Um, what do you expect? You said that no one checked out his computer but there was teen porn on it. How does that work? From the sound of it, and I don't mean to judge; this sounds to be a little less than a reputable place to live anyway. Thuggy people, loud parties, abrasive behavior, people not paying rent. How close was your apartment to his where he is going to just walk in almost naked? This sounds more like you had problems paying rent, were threatened with eviction, and are trying to get them back for something that is taking place only in your head.

Okay you lived in a complex where the manager has teen porn on his computer, attempted sexual assults, treated people like slaves, entered apartments with only a towel, and threatend you. Somehow you were too afraid to call the police on these events, let alone even just one of them. But you were not too afraid to actually stay there for almost 2 years, where you would have to face this guy often. In fact it seems that the only reason you left is because he stated your rent was going to be raised.
