RECREATIONAL FACTORY WAREHOUSE ripoff Had to hire another contractor besides the one located in the store. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY FROM RECREATIONAL FACTORY WAREHOUSE VIRGINIA BEACH Virginia
We bought a pool about a month ago and were promised it would be installed the following wednesday. I took off work that wednesday and they did not show up until 5:30 in the evening.
One of the guys wanted to know if he could use the bathroom we said yes(god only knows why). He stayed in there 25 minutes. Come back out and then said they would need a bobcat to do the job. Oh we were #2 on the list for the day and it only takes about 3 to 4 hrs to install. Needless to say they did not have one with them.
So instead of saying we would be back in the morning they told us to call in a reschedule (their job not mine). But we did anyway and were then told the following friday. No show.
Called and were talked to quite rudely. Then said would do it the next day. Showed up without a bobcat again DUH! then told us to reschedule again. So we started calling the corporate office and the manager at virginia beach and were consistently gave the run around. Needless to say it is still in the box.
I called to find out what the problem was one last time. And was told to find another contracter. In which FACTORY WAREHOUSE says they dont have anything to do with the installers even though they are right there in the store. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY FROM RECREATIONAL FACTORY WAREHOUSE.
