Reflections Auto Detailing Ceramic Pro Of America , No service after the sale Daytona Florida
Max charged me $1,000 to put a Ceramic Pro micro coating on my new F150 to protect the paint. At first the truck looked great and shed water beautifly. In the contract it states he will come back and ensure the coating is holding up and apply more if needed. Well after many unanswered calls I contacted Sam at the Ceramic Pro corporate office. Aftet referring me to several of their installers, who stated Ceramic Pro would not provide them with product to complete the warranted repairs, decided they would rather not mess with it. I finally. Broke down and had my truck detailed only to find out they could not get off the water spots without removing the Ceramic Pro coating, which of course the video states the Ceramic Pro will protect against. In closing I would like to say I had read some negative articles about Reflections of Daytona prior to having them do the install. Now you can add mine to that list.
