Refund Recovery Software Or Arizona ripoff waste of time Scottsdale Arizona
After I paid my 80 bucks for software, I received it and could not use it on a brand new computer. I emailed the company numerous times with little response to my problem. I was told that due to overwhelming customer service requests, they were only responding to phone calls. I called and got a recording, left a message and never received a response. I finally sent the software back with a confirmation and I am still waiting for my refund. That was 2 months ago. BUYER BEWARE!! This company has been reported to the BBB.
