If you are getting color , it stays, and when you get hilights, the previous color will affect how your hilights turn out. If you told the truth to your stylist, which most don't, and we get blamed for non disclosure. I hate when clients blame Stylists for how the hair turns out, when they are not telling Us about yOUR previous color services. And it is your responsibility.y
I hate to deal with whiners.....who basically lie to get their services free. The reason you signed a permission form for color is because of people like You. if you have any color , old or new, it will make color spotty and or give uneven results. I agree that Regis is a horrible company. But the Stylists are not the company. They are working for peanuts and get treated like subpar humans....
If you properly condition your hair, it will improve it. If you buy crappy products, they will not help. So blowing off the fact that you maynot have used the appropriate product, and automatically blame the Stylist is absurd.
Sounds like You are the stupid one. It is easy to blame the stylist , huh? If You had a brain You would realize You are the one who took the chance and put bleach on you probably overly abused hair. If Regis was to blame, they would have taken care of your complaint, apparently you are mad at yourself for not taking the damage before you came in, if you had perfect hair, you would not have needed all those conditioners you CLAIM to have used ......so grow up and try on those big girl panties, accept your part in the damage. You should know how bleach will damage your hair. After numerous services.......I am done with people like you...go to Supercuts, you will love it.....
Also, know that if you salon personell sees this? The stylists will run when you walk in.....avoid you like the plague, we don't like dealing with people who write all these stupid complaints after telling Us that they like there hair...So know about what you order. Bleach is a chemical, it damages the hair , color, it affects all other color services, if you had ANY hidden hilites from other hilites YOU wanted, they can be hid by color....so deal. you needed those products first anyway.....and even if your hair was the right color, the bleach will make your hair dry, and if you abuse it? it will break. Hope Karma comes full circle for you dear.
