Registerfly.com ripoff, unresponsive, double-billing, triple-billing, dereliction of service New Jersey
Registerfly.com deals with domain name registration and related. I requested a hosting service from them. When it didn't work for me, I asked for a refund. Instead, they billed me again. Many many times I've tried emailing them, but only twice I rec'd repolies: each time was a rote response to "filll o ut a complaint ticket." I tried doing that twice, but was caught in a closed loop which led nowhere. I even called them from overseas on their 24/7 non toll-free number: they kept me waiting for half hour with closed loop recordings - and (surprise!) I never got to talk to anyone. They have since billed me at least once more (and possibly a fourth time!) for the same non-functioning service that I asked them to cancel initially. So, now I've been billed 3 to 4 times within a year for an "annual" service that never worked, ....and it's impossible to get any assistance by email or phone from them. Registerfly.com's whole operation is geared toward effective and thorough ripping off.
