Yuck... I truly wish we would have read the reviews on here before choosing to advertise with this company. First let me explain that Emily was really nice, until she wasn't. She was excessively pushy with my Assistant Manager. I get the sales need to be made, but NOT with being rude or pushing and pushing.
In addition, we had another pushy sales guy follow up with a phone call only a few days after we decided to go with this company. He ignored my request for a follow up phone call 5 days later, but instead proceeded to call the next day to try and close a deal to get even more money with us.
I was so irate that I called the business and asked to speak with a manager because I was so mad that this person was so rude; I was ready to cancel until the manager got on the line - trying to push an additional year of advertising on us (no additional cost) and promised the owner / CEO Devin Langer, would follow up with a phone call on the upcoming Tuesday.
Big surprise that the "owner" (Devin Langer) never followed up with a phone call.
We decided to speak with the restaurant that our advertisement was suppose to be placed in - to which the manager told us they decided not to go with this company. Regnal NEVER contacted us to tell us that Tablas canceled their agreement. I proceeded to reach out to Emily and the owner of the company; allowing them a few hours to return my call and explain why they were trying to swindle money from us. Again, they never called back.
So we contacted our credit card company and explained to them what happened. They refunded the fees that we paid, and will be going after this company and I will also be reporting this company to the BBB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!
