Automation tells you operators are busy & leave a voicemail, BUT the vm is full ** so sorry but you will have to call back later.
It's definitely a SCAM when they avoid all communication with their customers. They are not interested in forming a customer relationship with you ** THEY JUST WANT TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR AS LONG AS YOU'LL LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT.
Don't let them take advantage of YOU!

While I loved the product I had to cancel my autoship due to financial reasons. I had absolutely no problem receiving or canceling my order. I only had to contact customer service once via email and they responded within 24 hours.
