THIS COMPANY IS BAD !!!! we hired them for a long state to state cross country move from Colorado, to Kentucky.

 We had them pick up household boxes & funiture april25th , It's now
may 12th the day it should have been delievered . No truck in sight
yet!

  I have called everyday. different story when , it should be here , 13th of February but as of the 19th, no truck, then truck company called and the truck is broken down one state away.  It took an additional day to make repairs to the truck and they arrived one day late outside of the delivary window. I called company customer service called today & said she would call me with more details on  monday .  The cost has gone from 2300.00 dollars to over 3610.00, are you kidding ! So much for the Military Veteran's Discount.

 Now because it's late they say we will be compensated ?  They low balled our esimate & jacked up the price . after we made deposits & they had all our stuff!  no way to get out of it!   said that we could go to the weigh station to see the weight before our stuff went on the truck with 3 other orders , but the said no . so we don't now if we are being charged right , because we are charged by our weight of our stuff alone . Bad situation from broker (Patriot Van Lines) (Relo Van Lines) to transporter (Mayflower) to our home. 

Filed paperwork and they have 120 days to process the claim, they waited till day number 120 to get the finished claim to us for only $90.00  I file the claim form signed and notarized on July 10, which they claim was July 11 but I have the Fax transmission report showing July 10.   Now they say they have 30 days to process that claim....Some day . I hope !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
