Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Please be careful if at all you deal with remotesremotes.com.  I purchase two remote entry devices for my mother's car (every time she entered her car, the alarm would go off. I was told if she had the keyless entry this would stop) as a gift. After recieving the remotes, I tried several times to program the vehicle. Finally, after several attenpts and emais later, remotesremotes sent me the correct directions for the model vehicle I had given them.

The vehicle finally registered the remote, but would not keep the code, so the remote would not work. I foound out later it was because the door controler was broke.  Since the remotes did not stop the vehicle's alarm from going off, i decide to ask for a return.  At first I was told it had been too long. I took a period of a couple weeks going back and forth with the company and finally after it didn't fix the problem it was more than 30 days.  They did however, agree to allow the return, and sent m e the onformation to send them back.

Duing this process, I again emailed back and forth to make sure i was sending the remotes to the proper address and that any information I sent them, would be enough to get my refund. They sent me the return address, rr.com (retuens), 420 dresher road #400, Horsham PA, 19044. I know I should have sent this with a signature required.  I didn't think anything of it, as I have never had a problem with any return in the past. (Of couse most companies send you a return label for easy returnes and documentation)

After a few weeks I realized I had not been credited the funds.  I called, and emailed the company and was told they had the remotes, but their paperwork was behind and I shoudl see the refnd in 5-7 business days.  Two weeks later there was no refund so I emailed again, wanting to have some record of the conversation. I was told int eh email, that the remotes had been recived, by Donald Ritger, telling me that my order had been refunded.  I waited again two weeks and called my visa company. I had no refund.

I called remotedremotes again, this time they were quite disrespectful and just told me, they had the remotes and were working on the refund. Then, I heard a voice in the background say something I couldn't quite hear audibly, then the person onthe phone asked me if I sent the remotes back certified or of I had any tracking information on them. I did't recall, but though I hadn't sent them registerd mail.  At that point, the conversation changed.  The man said, well, we don't know anything about the remotes, we didn't get them. If you have any proof that we recieved them, give us a tracking number and  we will see what we can do.

This company has no respect from me. I', not sure how they can send me an email that they have my refund done, then lie and say they never recieved the remotes.  Their busines is in New Jersey, but I returned the parts to PA. That shoudl have rang a bell that I might have dealt with the wrong company.
