RENT A CENTER, CLYDE J RICHARDSON VERY UNHEALTHY AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES GOING ON AT RENT A CENTER RIPOFF LEXINGTON Kentucky
Clyde J Hutchinson mm of lexington area threatens employees jobs in front of customers on a saturday afternoon while in his civilian clothes. Tells previously fired store mgr if credit I/O and acct mgrs cant clear credit during the week they are to be written up. If they are written up 3x fire them. This guy is a former army brat...guess he couldn't cut it. He's verbally abused his wife at xmas parties in front of customers. Has re-written customers delinquent accounts. Expects certain results while restricting the standard operating procedures. On the average we would work 10hour days yet we were written up for overtime. This guy is a complete jacka$$ and he has lost 100's of BOR,$$$,and the best staff he could've ever had. We've all left RAC and they are eating $hit now. CJ you suck...guess that why ur not in the army anymore couldn't cut it there and you'll be on ur way out soon. Wait till plano tx finds out your business practices.

Sorry to hear you have a MM like that. If this is the case, have you got in touch with the Regional Manger or even HR in Plano Texas? If you do not climb the corporate ladder with this company or any company, how is the company to know what kind of Market Manager they have working for them?
