Repocast Rip Off Misleading and Misrepresenting Auctions Byron Center Michigan
I have been partisipating in online acutions at repocast in byron Center for about 4 months now and have been
mislead had items misrepresented and flat out ripped off, for example I had purchased a glass bowl advertised
as baccarat crystal, after picking the item up and bringing it home it was clearly stamped KIC Indonesia on the
bottom. Another issue was a Jensen Atv sterio advertised as in original package after bringing it home there was
a paper inside the plastic package stating that the item was sent in for warrenty for a melted ground cord and
went on to explain how the original owner had hooked it up wrong and fried it. The ground cord clearly melted
and it also had burn marks on the other cords. Issue 3 Some air horns advertised as new picked them up they
were rusted & pitted and only one was working. Issue 4, A Jensen 10 disc changer boat sterio advertised as new
picked it up and the 10 disc changer magazine was missing. after all that being said i have only partisipated in 3
or 4 auctions so about 80 to 90% of everything purchased has been bad. It is my honest openion that the
repocast in Byron Center does not care about the customer and is only out to make as much money as possible
they will leave out details, misrepresent and flat out lie to do so.

I too Bought from repocast..I paid $1000 for 2 pallets of junk..there were 10 sinks and they were all broken in peices..they went to the trash..and a pallet of 10 tvs..all were cracked screens..they are all useless...was hoping to get some with missing stands or a few scratches...nope they were all cracked..I call repocast..and they wont even call the people whom they got this crap to tell them about their dumping crap off at there place of business,and pushing it on unsusepcting customers..shame on you!

I recently wrote A review about my negatave experience with Repocast of Byron Center and was soon after contacted by the vice president of the company, he went over some of their policies and explained the steps to take for any problematic purchases in the future. I was very suprised to recieve a phone call since I did not post my phone number, he put in some work to contact me and even looked into every purchase I described prior to contacting me, I think that is very commendable and would like to update everyone on my expierance with this company.
