I am in the process of purchasing a Rottie puppy and joined website www.pupcity.com and this is how i found Nancy Parkers email and emailed her. I rec'd this email back from Nancy, Referring me to Cheryl Gibson & her so call puppy.My Rottweiler Puppies have been all adopted out,hopefully i will be having a new litter by June 2009 ,but i can refer you to one of my very close friend who was working with United State Secretary of State

presently she has just been posted to west africa,she asked me to put three adorable Rottweiler puppies for adoption,she is giving them out for adoption because of her busy schedules and her not having enough time to take good care of the babies,the Rottweiler puppies are 3 months old and are akc registered,send her an email immediately to her concerning adopting the puppies,tell her the breeder she asked to put the puppies out for adoption refered you to her,all she is only asking is the cost of shipping puppies back that is if only you can promise her the puppies would get all the love and care they deserve,if you know you cannot take care of the babies please ignore this reference:

Hello! I am also a victim of this fraud. This actually just happened a month or so ago to me and my mom. I wanted to adopt a papillon puppy, and so I went on searching the internet for possible Papillon breeders that had their puppies for sale online. Everything that you have posted is EXACTLY the same information that I received from those three individuals or maybe its just one, who knows? In other words, Nancy Parker ran out of pups, referred me to her friend, Cheryl Gibson, and Anthony Davidson is Cheryl Gibson's Agent in helping to get the information straight so that I would recieve my puppy. No charge of pup, just $100 dollars for shipping. I received the same address, Lagos Nigeria etc! I have kept all of my emails in hope that these people/person are caught! I thought I was the only one that got scammed on this. Though, today I was thinking about it and decided to type in their names to see if anything pulled up. I was shocked to see that they also scammed others as well!!
