Johnny Hutulla was hired by the owners of Residential Finance Corporation as a Processing Manager in 2012.  The company is so not experienced in hiring qualified staff that they allowed this man to play the role of a manager while not being experienced in any aspect of the mortgage processing roles thus leaving the loan processors to figure out issues for themselves and assertain complete kaios with the whole loan process not being put together correctly, from underwriting to their compliance department.  This Company is DEFINATELY One that No-one should work at, review the opened job listings for this company to see how often they are firing people there.  Also, they will fire you if you don't meet your monthly bonus quota.  Which is obserd.

I feel sorry for the borrowers that use Residential Finance Corporation to get a loan done, because they have loans in their pipelines for 2-3 months before it's assigned to a processor to finally do the work on it and the underwriting team is not properly trained because it seems like there job is to see how many times they can reject the consumers loan back to the processors before finally giving them an final approval.  Bottomline, they have a terrible batch of underwriters in the charlotte, nc office, which is truly sad.
