Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought my house last May and this is the Home residential service that came with the property.  This is an unethical company and they are soo unprofessional to say the least.  I have used this service but they continue to give me the run around about who is to do the work.  They sent First Class Plumbing and HVAC to do the work and he did not have the parts to do the work.

Then we rescheduled him to come back the next week on Monday (the only day I'm off) and he did not call to say he was tied up or anything and when I called him he was rude ad well.  Then I called the RWS back to complain about him, and the representative told me that the person that I need to talk to is not in and they would send me a check to fix it myself.  This company is an embarassment to the American Fabric.

Ok first, how was he rude? Did he fart in your face?? Maybe burp on the phone? I hate to tell you this but even workmen ARE NOT at your beck and call. You MAY have setup a tenative appointment for the following monday, but even that workman has a boss. If that boss has instructed them to go else where and ignore your appointment, then he HAS to do what his superiors tell him if he wants to have a job.

So youre going to sit there and tell the whole web going public that you were sweetness and light on the phone and the workman was some inbred monster who was "rude". So I ask again...How was he rude? If youre going to make a claim of rude to attempt to boilster YOUR credibility, dont you think you should give examples of that rudeness? Well ofcourse you would, IF he was rude.

More often then not sour little people like yourself use "rude" as a cover all for NOT GETTING THEIR WAY. They attempt to use "rude" as a way to make the other person who isnt there to defend themselves out to be a bad person. The reality is that the person on the other end of the phonecall was probably overbooked by their company, or there was a issue getting payment from whomever. Either way, you find it "rude" that he did not show up, not that the person was rude. Because YOU have to get another appointment thats "rude".

Then to top it all off, you feel its ok to call and complain about that person when he doesnt get to set his jobs!! Thats too rich....He has a dispatcher. That dispatcher is the one who sets where he can go and what he is to do. But YOU dont think of such things.

Im thinking YOURE the "rude" one. Yes there is an issue with your appointment. Yes the workman DID NOT have the parts to fix your issue on the first visit. How would he know exactly WHAT parts YOU needed until he does an inspection. You are impatient. Your own post sounds like a spoiled little child whining because life happends. Ok so you need to book another day for your appointment. Thats not "rude". So the workman probably told you "sorry" but thats not good enough for the likes of you. "Sorry" doesnt cut it for you. Oh you can say "sorry" and everyone should bend over backwards and forgive ANY transgresion but god forbid if someone says "sorry" to you.

Life happens. As such NOTHING runs perfectly. It means issues WILL pop up from time to time. But its no reason to either call them "rude" or post negativly. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SCAMMED OR RIPPED OFF. YOU need to get over your self importance and try and understand that all of these people are as HUMAN AS YOU ARE!! Until YOU have obtained ABSOLUTE PERFECTION, you need to have more patience.
