Results Real Estate Liars, Deceptive and Worthless! Blue Springs Missouri
Garbage since day 1! Prior to signing a lease with this company I asked about the neighborhood and tenants, I was told that they didn't know of anything happening in the area and they run all tenants criminal history . Complete LIE!!! My old neighbors would constantly smoke pot in their garage which would leak into my residence which was completely unacceptable, across the street there is a lot of vehicle activity nightly, which I reported to the police department. I was told by the PD that the area is not good and they are always getting calls. The day prior to my move in I was told that the property was clean and all repairs had been completed and it was move in ready. I became disgusted as soon as I opened the door and brought my first box in... NOTHING had been cleaned, the repairs were not made, and there was an horrid smell in the kitchen. I immediately called and they said that they were told it was ready and obviously not. I demanded that a cleaning crew and repair crew come immediately and they sent over some hungover nasty female to clean as to which she was "dusting" my ceiling and spackle was dropping all over my furniture. I was furious and told her to leave and called to get someone more qualified to come get it done. I was due to have a baby and ended up cleaning the entire place before they could get someone else over to do it, and it took 3-5 days to get SOME of the repairs done and others have not been fixed at all.
I have been told that they lose paperwork from move in inspections and claim that the damage was not present prior and they hardly ever return security deposits. Also, when a tenant moves they lie to the new landlords and make false allegations, if this occurs when I move then I will be taking them to court! COMPLETE GARBAGE and SLUM LORDS!
