Revel systems is a point of sale service which claims to provice with a business point of sale system. The problem is that their sites back end where you business is set up is very cumbersome and unecessariy complicated. the back end is too complicated for you to set up yourself, so you depend on them to do it. Here is the problem. They are billing you monthly for the ipads you will be using in your business in the future while they are seting up the back end. and what should be done in 2 weeks takes them months.
Then months came and went and when i finally drew the line was at 6 months and more than 1200 dollars later. I never used the platform. They didnt care that they were cunsuming my money while they were not working on my site. Beware. They set you up in theier systmem with you bank account under thier control. then they do what they want.
