REVITAYOUTH revitayouth.com RIP OFF = NO LITERATURE = FRAUDULENT BILLING St. Petersburg Florida
I placed a TRIAL ORDER for Revitayouth skin cream January 1/19/2017. I received it a couple of weeks later. The order came in a box with no literature or instructions or any information whatsoever.
I purchased it for my girlfriend to try out. I was going to give it to her as part of her Valentines Day gifts.
I was shocked to find a debit on my Mastercard account for $97.92 on 2/11/2017. I immediately contacted Revitayouth. They refused to refund the charge They offered a fifty percent discount and I could keep the product. I refused the offer and demanded a full refund I advised them the charge was unauthorized by me and I would contact the BANK to advise them of this transaction.
They told me I would not be successful. I told them I had previous dealings with fraudulent companies and I would also report them to the St Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and the STATE of FLORIDA for their fraudulent activities! I had to hang up on them as they continued to argue with me.
As I waited for my Bank to open to report this activity, I decided to check my email. I was surprised to find 2 emails from Revitayouth. One stated my order had been cancelled. The second email stated the transactio for $97.92 had been voided on my Mastercard.
This proves you can defeat an unscrupulous and fruadulent company when you threaten them with ACTION !
I hope this information will assist others like myself when they are in a similar situation !
