Well today we spoke with Rhino's Attorney and they are very surprised to hear that we are taking Rhino to court. Dibble & Miller stated that we will recieve our refund if we withdraw from the case. We are not withdrawing from the case until we have a check in out hand. After several times of calling Rhino and Attn. Gen office in PA and NY and they are not able to do anything to stop this company. We decided to take legal action against them, as we have noticed this is not an icolated incident, this company is just out to rip people off. Well if nobody else can put a stop to it we will try to. I think that this company has finally realzied that we are not messing around. As his attorney CALLED US. Needless to say that if they will not refund you, you need to contact Rochester City Court small claims department. It will be for Monroe County. But you will need to get a physical address to the company as the one that is provided is just a PO box.
