Rhode Island Lock and safe Bait and switch scam on unsuspecting customers Internet
Company has no legal address and is not registered with the state of RI as a business. Customer offers a low service call to come out to customer and a low labor rate (ex. $15 & up)over the phone. When the so called locksmith arrives the price is increased drastically increased to the hundreds of dollars leaving the customer with poor workmanship,low quality hardware and paying a lot more then they expected.
We have had customers call us with several complaints regarding this company and their tactics, when the customer tries to resolve the issue with Rhode Island Lock and Safe the company is unwilling to supply a owners name, a location of the business or any proof that they are legally doing work in Rhode Island and are unwilling to work with the customer.
They take the $ and move on to the next unsuspecting customer!
