We were hired by Ri5 Management to do a mold remediation job for them at Extend A Suites for them in Columbia, TN which is propety that they manage.  They signed a work authorization on 8-14-2014, paid the 1/3 down and we went to work.  When the work was completed they were, per the contract that they signed, to pay an additional 1/3 and the balance to be paid within 2 weeks after the job was complete.  I started making phone calls and sending emails to Andrea Lugo who is the Operations Manager for Ri5 Management.  She started putting me off, giving me excuses like "We have payroll this week", or "Unexpected expenses came up", which I replied "I have payroll and expenses also".  She then stated that they would start paying $500 a week and if they could they would send more. 

This is now the latter part of September, 1st of October.  Then she quit taking my calls all together or responding to emails.  The last email that she sent after I left a message in regards to contacting our attorney, was on October 10th, 2014 which stated that they no longer manage the property and that I would have to contact the new owner for payment.  I sent her an email back and told her that the new owner did not take possession of the propert until October 6th, 2014 and therefore Ri5 Management was still responsible for the balance to paid, and that they are the ones that signed the work authorization.  I have not heard back since.  I left messages for her and also for Jason Schubert, neither of which has returned my calls.

This is a follow up to the original complaint filed on Rich in Five's, aka Ri5 Management.   The owner Jason Schubert has made good his contract with Steamatic as of 11-7-2014.  Due to some misunderstanding on what was being done, he called and we got things straightened out.  He has since sent payment for amount owed.
