Richard A Iamunno Stole $30K Fake Transfer Agent for Acroboo, Inc. BOCA RATON Florida
I executed a Stock Purchase Agreements to acquire pre-IPO stock in a company called Acroboo, Inc. and, in or about May 2014, delivered several checks totaling $29,500.00 payable to IMMG via its owner Richard A. Iamunno as “placement agent” for Acroboo, Inc. Iamunno took the checks for $29,500.00 but did not deliver the funds to Acroboo and failed to complete any transaction to cause any shares of stock to be issued to myself. I repetedly requested that he return the funds. This did not occur. He failed to return the funds after numeros requests.
I hired an attotney and immediately Iamunno proposed a settlment. It was clear that he was never a transfer agent for Acroboo, Inc., and simply held himself out to be one. My lawyer prepared the settlment which was executed, but not surprisingly, Richard Iamunno defaulted on the settlment. I filed a law suit and have obtained a judgement. Now its time to collect. This will be interesting as the Accurint reports show that this man is broke as a joke. He owns no property, has filed bankruptsy, (((REDACTED))). Sounds like he needs the money more than I do.
In any case, the judgement is good for 20 years. I will continue to pursue all remedies under the law to collect. For those out there considering doing busienss with this man, be careful. He will try to make you his friend and use you for you money or your connections. He has no real partners, funds, or projects. I will be filing a complaint with the SEC as well.

After numerous requests to remove this report, over several months, I have come to the frustrating conclusion that this will not happen, despite all my efforts. Regretfully, this was written hastily and frankly without knowledge of certain significant facts that were later bought to my attention. Had I been aware of those facts I would have never pursued a complaint against Richard Iamunno. I can tell you that Richard Iamunno and myself are on excellent terms and maintain a continuing and productive business relationship. Furthermore I can say he is of high character and has a long history of ethical business dealings We are working together to remove this post and hoping will be able to do so in the near future If anyone has any questions regarding Mr. Iamunno's character and business ethics please call me directly
