Felix Richardson of Richardson's Construction and Management, Inc is a liar and a thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
He lures you in by getting to work immediately on your construction project (seriously, he had guys out there the same day), getting a down payment to continue working and then had every excuse in the book for not working on my home the weeks following. Felix's response to all questions was always, "my guys will be there later today or early tomorrow" which was always a lie. Felix would then yell at me saying he was, "f'ing irritated" for me continually asking why he or his crew was never on the job site.
After noticing there was an animal in the attic, I contacted him and he assured me it would taken care. Felix never even bothered to contact pest control and the animal ended up eating some electrical wiring.
At one point, the trash build-up had become so bad at the front of the property (demo trash, old appliances, sheetrock, flooring, gutters, insulation, etc.), neighbors were dumping their own trash on the curb. I literally had to beg him after multiple attempts to get him out there to clean up the front of the property.
Upon our initial agreement, we both agreed that half of the down payment would be in cash, and the other half would be paid via credit card. Rather than processing the credit half of the payment through a legitimant resource, Felix charged thousands of dollars in merchandise through phone sales at Home Depot for other job sites he was working on.
He refused to sign his own contract and has not provided invoices and/or breakdowns of the work he completed.
After multiple attempts of contacting Felix Richardson via phone, email and text for a refund, I have been forced to report him to police, Ripoff Report, Better Business Bureau, etc.
PLEASE do not do business with Felix Richardson.
