Richardson Imports - Lexus Of Cherry Hill ripoff Turnersville New Jersey
First dealer agreed to sales price of $18,500, to which I said I would come get the car. I switched insurance and was on my way to get the car when I received a call that the sales guy could not do this price(bait and switch).
At this point I had already made all arrangements to get car and insurance was switched so I went and got the car which I felt we had a verbal agreement on for $18,500. I got the car Saturday and from the car ride home I had problems with the car with transmission and suspension. The car even stalls sometimes. This car is still under warrantee too.
I asked if I could return the car monday for something else, the guy said it would be difficult, which I come to find out means it will cost you $1000 dollars! They checked the car out and said they could not find anything wrong, big surprise with the shady practices they use.
Told me after I test drove 3 different cars that I would trade my car which I bought 4 days prior would be traded in for $1000 less then what I paid for it! Explaining to me that is what the car is worth minus paperwork and miles. I put less then 150 miles on this car! Very bad experience from this dealer all around! One I will never forget!

Richardson Imports made me happy in the end

Richarson Imports manager Dave got me into a car that I wanted and did not charge me anything. I am very happy to have this situation resolved. They allowed me to trade the mercedes in and get into an acura tl s. In the end they made the transaction for the trade in very smooth and I would do business again with them. I admit that I was at fault as well for making such a fast decesion on the first car, but I would recommend Richardson Imports for buying a used car because they will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I appologize for even putting their name on this site, because they did go above and beyond for me!
