I to once attended savannah ross rich mom real estate seminar but fortunately I didn't getted conned into buying her rip off scam course. after reading this posting i had the same suspicions about her methods but what really gets under my skin is reading the so-called rebutal from one of her former students with the screen name "successful investor". This was so blatantly posted by savannah ross herself. she has no shame this woman. I knew when I saw her something wasn't right about her. first i thought it was the way she tries to exploit her son but now i know she is just a sociopath. anyone with have a brain in their head can see that this rebutal posting was written by her. i ask you what successful students? where are they? produce just one i challange you? notice how this person is so proud of his mentor that he can't even give his real name? that's because is total bull and it is a fake posting that's how this woman operates. also notice how she posted twice? go get a clue people this woman is just after your money she has no successful students, trust me i have looked. they don't exist because there ain't any. the whole nice thing is just an act ask around and you will find many people have a different opinbion about her. or better yet ask her to give you names and numbers of actual students who have actually made money buying and selling realestate. notice how all her testimonial videos people say how wonderful she is but fail to say anything pacific about actual success buying and selling real estate. ask people from a year ago who took her course how their real estate investing is going and you will see the truth.

When I read this report, all I could do was laugh at the pathetic attempts to damage the reputation of one of the nicest people I've ever had the privilege of knowing. In his report, he manages to make himself look like a fool. If he is in fact a successful investor and respected mortgage broker, then why would his friend be paying for and seeking advice from a stranger? If his so-called friend had a complaint, then why is she not complaining or writing to the company?
I am a student of Rich Mom and am so very grateful for the tools I acquired that allowed me to build a successful real estate portfolio. The program is very thorough and a offers concrete step by step Plan to investing in Canadian real estate. The program includes interviews with experts such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, realtors, past students, appraisers and inspectors. There is a lot to learn and everything is broken down and specific. The two month program is quite intense and although the information is simple to understand, there is a lot of work involved and it's not always easy to buy the first few properties. It does get easier with experience and now it's like second nature.
I started putting offers in before I completed the course and savannah was there to help me all the way. She even spoke to my mortgage broker and home inspector on my behalf. When I bought my first private deal, savannah reviewed the offer and made some great suggestions.
Before taking the program, I did a lot of research and was surprised to find nothing negative about the company.
Savannah is a very generous and caring person. I believe that anyone who applies her teaching will be successful in real estate and life. Her integrity is of the highest I have ever seen.
I know many other students and every one of them love savannah and have had success using her program.
