Rick Hendrick Honda of Charleston Gary H. (general manager)Rick Marvin (finiance manager) I traded in 2006 cadillac STS at the in of JULY 2016 and purchased new 2016 honda accord they never paid trade in money is gone wont return text email or phone calls now credit report show 60 day late and they dont care have to obtain a lawyer this ios not the first time Rick Hendrick has crooked stuuf going on in the finiance side Charleston South Carolina
I purchased a 2016 Honda accord from Rick Hendrick Honda.
After we agreed upon price, and were signing papers the price had changed.
they were supposed to fix paperwork, and i had to go back to sign new paperwork.
went there 3 times to sign and still was not correct. At this time my trade in payment was 30 days late. so finiance company harreasing me at work. Went to Rick Hendrick got with Gary general manager and fianiance manager agian about pricing and not paying off my trade in.
Then they said they would give me upgrades and fill car up with gas.
They did attempt that. gave me 100000 mile warranty, from 80000 mile warranty that i already had and rain guards. This did not come close to the agreed upon price, but after 3 days in their showroom i signed.
Told them about trade in not being paid off and afecting my credit, i am trying to buy a home need credit where it was without showing 30 day late.
Now here we are in Sept.2, 2016 and trade in still not paid off, got my home loan denied and they wont answer phone, text, or emails from me or finiance company
Now i have t get attorney, Rick Hendrick here in Charleston SC has alot of crooked things going on now and in the past.
selling cars to pepoile who cant afford them and skimming mopney.
