Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This individual pretends to be a member of the media, a former lobbyist, a television personality, well conected in Houston, able to put "the right people" in the room.  In fact he has no magazine, he has filed bank ruptcy many times, he pretends to be a part of the media when he is not.  He runs around pretending to do interviews, sell advertising, publish a magazine and that he is affiliated with the Offshore Technology Conference, NAPE, World Energy Conference, Channel 13, and any other event he can.  He pretends to honor a country every year for the OTC, but the events are pathetic.  Previous "sponsors" have expressed how poorly these events are put on, how disorganized and a complete rip off and they have nothing to do with the Offshore Technology Conference.  "Energy Magazine" honors Brazil.  Energy Magazine does not exist.  He places the Offshore Technology Conference proudly on his website, but he has no affiliation at all.  He pretends to be an "energy expert" but has no credentials what-so-ever and merely copies what others say.

He purports to be "affiliated" with World Energy Magazine where he was an employee back in 2000, but he was terminated and later sued for trade mark violation.  An offense which erned him a permanent injuction against pretending to publish or duplicate thier product in any way.  Public records show he has been held in contempt at least twice for continuing to violate thier marks. He also has a felony charge for embezzelment on his record.  He has ripped off just about everyone he does business with, including one of the board members of the Offshore Technology Conference, that he claims to be affiliated with and local oil field service companies that he claims to be representing.

He claims that in his past he was a lobbyist, he was not, but if you see the pictures on the wall he obviously attended many fund raisers for the republican party.  This guy will rip you off.
