Valda, I am still trying to get in touch with Mr. Mitchell. I feel it is very sneaky and cowardly for Rickey to write a rebuttal in your name. That is the kind of business man he is. He paid my mortgage using the Countrywide website and my account access. The account had security questions and I gave him all the security questions and answers. In February 2008 I found out he changed some of the questions and I was having difficulty accessing the account. When I emailed him about it that is when he got angry and bascially said he was tired of dealing with me and would deed the house back to me. I checked my Countrywide account every month to make sure the mortagage got paid. Anytime I would see something fishy on the account or acquire about his buyer's financing so my loan could be paid off he would get very defensive and act as if he had done me a favor when he bought my house. I did not have any problem making my mortagage payments. I tried to sell my house through a realtor and wanted to live in a different area of the metroplex. I even looked at leasing my house or even making it a Section 8 home. You can contact me at my email that I left on your blog. Mr. Mitchell and I worked at the same school and I am trying to get his number from the school secretary. I would love to talk to you so we can compare notes.

Shemica, I am so sorry this happened to you. Also, I believe you are right, I did move into Mr. Mitchell's old home. I would love to meet with you and the Mitchell's to discuss our issues and STOP Rickey from destroying someone else's life and credit. We should get together to discuss a plan of action. Be sure to inform the Mitchells. Also, Joe Mitchell can obtain my telephone number from our former neighbor, Steve. Together we can make a difference.
