I was broth on as an IT sales expert to a new sales manager (Julie Pham) operating under a new sales director (Wasif Iqbal) they assigned me the furthest territory overror 30 miles away that had the fewest customers and fewest businesses. They did not compensate me for gas or mileage properly and the few good potential customers that I told my manager Julie Pham that I was interested in targeting were reassigned to her favorite sales rep Jessica Nakao no later than 1 week later both times the second time was from the sales director Wasif Iqbal. I repeatedly complained about the territory I was assigned and wad not relocated until 6.5 months after working the territory. One month later I was terminated and one week after that the sales director (Wasif Mohammed Iqbal) left and took a job at salesforce.Com which I found suspicious. The territory I was given belonged to a female coworker of mine that also wanted a new territory because her territory did not have enough businesses or opportunity except for the only good current customer which she got to keep even though she was being given a better territory. I feel I was set up for failure from the beginning and after I was terminated the territory was given, away by my manager. Working for Julie Pham is career suicide especially if you are a male other than the oriental race.

- Your right..it has to be about your race and sex. I mean it couldn't have anything to do with the fact that you were new, and in just about every company the people with the least seniority have the least say of where they get put. I guess you were expecting to have the closest territory with the best prosects and customers right?

- So why is this suspicious? If I had an employee who constantly complained for 6+ months, got moved and then most likely complained again I would probably have fired you as well.
You know here is a thought..perhaps you aren't just that good of a salesman.
I am sorry to tell you but the ONLY racisim or sexism here appears to be by YOU. Oh and yes it is. There is no reason to mention the full name of either employee nor mention their race other than for some "adjenda" you may have to make your story sound more sympathetic.
