Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I took my car into Rider Auto to have the front bumper fixed after a mounting bracket was broken. I told the guy that if he didn't think he could fix it then I needed to know because I'd rather buy a body kit than have a half fixed bumper. He explained they could fix it so I scheduled a work day and allowed them to do the work. About 1 month after the work was done the poor mounting job they did caused added stress to crack the bumper along the edge, so now it is impossible to fix. Rider has refused to refund my $315 that I paid to have this problem fixed, but they'd rather try and fix it again (like I'd trust them a second time around after they screwed up the first time).

Anyway I wouldn't trust these guys with my car, and I will continue to fight for a full refund.

Complaint was filed with the BBB, but of course they said they didn't have the time or resources to investigate this further and that Rider's explanation was satisfactory so they consider this case closed. I certainly don't agree with the BBB and will take other actions of recourse.
