Riderswholesale.com(mooser moto) April miller ripoff no communication lied statesville, North Carolina
In march my father was looking for a cheaper mode of transportation at a cheap price I Looked on the internet and found riderswholesale.com and found a scooter he could afford sounded to good to be true but i looked into them and called and talked to april miller....she assured me that they were a real company that has been in buisness for 8 years...i believed her...well on march 27 2012 i sent her payment via credit card.$899.i got a conformation email sent to me saying payment was made in full...well on friday march 31 i got an email stating that my shipment had not went through yet because the color was not in....so i changed the color and it was supposed to be shipped april 2 2012...
well since that time after repeated attemps to contact them for a tracking number on my shipment via email and telephone i sill have not heard anything...i have left multiple messages on there phone despite the wonderful costumer service there supposed to have and sent emails..so as of today i still do not really know if my shipment was sent or it was a lie.i believe this place is a scam and anyone dealing with them beware.worst customer service ever...and they will ignore your calls and send you to voicemail......while they were waiting for payment never failed answered the phone everytime.....even called me back a few times to see if i has sent the funds yet....said thats all they needed to ship it.

YES I GOT MY BIKE.......but from March untill last month it was costant repairing .trying to get parts from them was like winning the lotto ive tryed that for 25 yrs.then getting parts from sunright international ..that was a joke to order a part on a monday maybe get it within 2 weeks i order 3 parts from them it took 4 months.RIDERS WHOLESALE i will get to meet them the 1st of next yr
the club i belong to is taken a ride there to the same town just for me i will pay them a visit i now ride a Suzuki Burgman 400 after spending 3k on the pc of sh*t bike i bought from RIDERWHOLESALE i spent another 2700.00 on a used Burgman my biggest mistake was after i paid them i changed banks had i stayed with the bank i paid them thru they told me they would have went after them i will never ever buy another bike on the internet comsumers are not protected from a**holes like RIDERWHOLESALE AND APRIL IS A NUT SUCKER
PS DID I MENTION MY LINHAI 300 CAUGHT FIRE..FAULTY WIRING I PAID 2499.00 FOR IT THE D*MN INS ONLY GAVE ME 1700.00 FOR IT DON'T USE GIECO

Riders Wholesale is a joke im currently and have been in contact with the Attorney Generals office of N.Carolina and it is in the works to try and shut down this company this april chick is a joke she's a smooth talker up front but in the end shes as slithery as a snake she needs a good redneck spanking it may take me awhile but i will bring this company down the bike i bought has been in constant repair fuel tank sensor,speed odom.head lights exhaust this bike is a pure lemon i will not stop till im done next time i take a trip to N carolina i will stop by and introduce myself
