Rines Paving & Construction Kevin Rines defaulted on a cash advance shortly after receiving funds.
Kevin Rines received $8000 in the beggining of June from Pearl Capital. Kevin Rines and Rines Paving defaulted on our advance on July 1st. Keven Rines did not have the decency to pick up numerous phone calls. He did not return numerous emails that were sent to him. I tried very hard to reach Kevin Rines and Susan Rines from Rines Paving out of New Hampshire. They ignored every attempt at making good on their debt. 2 months after Kevin Rines defaulted on our money I now come to RipOffReport to report Rines Paving.
Kevin Rines is a dead beat customer who does not take responsibilties for hiw own actions. If Kevin Rines from Rines Paving & Construction applies for a cash advance or loan from you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
