I texted this company from the number provided by Kazaa on their channel guide. I didn't recieve any ringtones, so I emailed them, the first and last email I got in reply said that they would resend them. I have sent numerous emails explaining that I still haven't recieve the ringtones, but I have never had a reply apart from the first reply.

I have not recieved the funds back to my phone. These ringtones cost 3 each, this company must be making a fortune every time someone pays 3 for a service they never get in one of the fastest growing industries (texts and ringtones).

Be very aware of this company!

If you were told that your tune would be re sent, then it was re sent. There are many reasons why content does not arrive and we really are here to try and sort these issues out and deliver what has been paid for.
