Hi there I am in charge of Customer Relations here at The Music Solution and would like to reply to the allegations made by Andy from Salisbury UK. Whilst it is very annoying to not receive something that was purchased, I do not know who you are and cannot comment on your individual problem. If you were told that your tune would be re sent, then it was re sent. There are many reasons why content does not arrive and we really are here to try and sort these issues out and deliver what has been paid for. If Andy would like to contact me directly at [email protected] and give me all the details of his problem (his email address would have allowed me to answer his grievance here in detail)I will deal with his problems immediately and arrange for his credit card to be refunded and for his ringtone to be delivered.
